Kaizen (Continues Improvement) is strategy where everybody works together proactively to combine the collective talents to create a powerful engine for continuous improvement. Setting a high inspiring goal, but moving along with baby steps. This is what we want to accomplish in sports!

Sports really runs in his blood. Although he was also a talented youth soccer player, he chose to become a professional tennis teacher at the early age of 19 . He also played professional international tennis tournaments . Currently he owns a successful tennis school and has a large international tennis network. With his unique "Kaizen” filosophy and vision, he managed to increase the amount of tennis club memberships, which is is amazing, since almost everywhere else in the Netherlands those membership numbers have decreased. His brain child www.kinderrackets.nl is nationally recognized as innovation in providing tennis materials for children, and now as a cofounder of Sportskaizeninternational he is widening his scope to as many target groups and sports worldwide.

Information

He loves people and his expertise is networking and connecting. But sports (especially tennis) is also his passion. At 15 (!) he obtained the 1st degree black belt in Judo, a Physical Therapist since 1985 and a Tennis Teacher since may 2015. Since 1990 he has been an entrepreneur, international coach, trainer and public speaker www.well4all.nl. He worked and lived in the United States from 1986 to 2002, where he got personally inspired by the inventor of Kaizen, Dr. Edward W. Deming As a cofounder of Sportskaizeninternational he wants to make a difference by innovating the world of sports with unique, new products, technologies and systems. How? By creating sharing sports communities with win/win scenarios for all parties involved.
